This hotel had a peaceful location and prompt room service. The staff were courteous and made my stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and value for money.

I had a comfortable stay at a clean and spacious service apartment. The staff, especially Manager Mr. Devanand, were very helpful and courteous. They provided all the necessary cooking facilities, including a microwave and utensils. The neighborhood was peaceful and there were stores nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

The property is located in a convenient area and is easily accessible by car rental. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing valuable information. the rooms are spacious, AC functional and bathrooms have good fittings. some rooms are noisy as they are not sound proof.

The service is very poor and cleanliness is not maintained. the hotel smells of cigarettes and has bottles of alcohol left in the drawers.

Spent Xmas here with my family and it was great. the rooms were spacious and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the daily housekeeping service, which kept the rooms very clean. the staff were really friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed.

The noise from the street could be a bit disturbing at times, especially during the night. We could hear dogs barking and horns honking even with the windows closed.

We had a great city break at this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very courteous and provided all information required. We also enjoyed the lounge outside the room, which was comfortable and relaxing. The property was clean and neat, and the bathroom fittings were good.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The breakfast menu was a little limited and the preparation had a bit too much oil for our liking.
